Welcome

By using DreamBot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your Account

• You must be at least 17 years old to use DreamBot.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't create fake accounts or impersonate others.

Your Content

• AI-generated dreams created through your profile are yours to keep, share, and save.
• By posting dreams publicly, you give us permission to display them in the app and on our website for deeplinking purposes, such as when someone opens a link to one of your dreams without the DreamBot app installed on their phone.
• Cast photos you upload for use in dreams are processed by AI to describe the subject's appearance (including an estimated age, gender, and ethnicity) and to place their likeness into your dreams (a face-swap, not facial recognition). The generated dream images are stored with your account.
• Dream Cast places your face, and the face of anyone you add to your cast, into dreams. Only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you permission, and only add people who have said yes to being in your dreams, including dreams you share.
• Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use, such as a photo someone else took, unless they've said you can.
• Don't attempt to generate nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or illegal content.
• We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Real People

• Every dream is AI-generated art, not a photograph. Don't present one as a real photo of something that happened.
• Don't use DreamBot to make images meant to deceive, embarrass, harass, or impersonate a real person.
• Don't add celebrities or other public figures to your Dream Cast, or upload their photos in Create.

Your Face or Your Photo, Used Without Permission

If you see your face, or a photo you took, in a DreamBot dream or profile without your permission, we'll take it down. That includes any intimate or sexual image of you, whether real or AI-generated. You don't need a DreamBot account: email support@dreambotapp.com with a link to the dream or profile (or the username) and tell us what's yours. In the app, you can also report the post or profile and choose "Uses my face or photo." We review these requests within 24 hours and remove content that uses someone's likeness or photo without their permission.

Copyright

If you believe content on DreamBot infringes a copyright you own, send a notice to our designated agent at support@dreambotapp.com that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
• a link to the content on DreamBot;
• your name, address, phone number, and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by you, your agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Sparkles & Purchases

• Sparkles are an in-app currency used to generate dreams.
• Sparkle purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store policies.
• DreamBot Basic and DreamBot Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Nightly dreams generate automatically and don't cost sparkles. They're free during your trial period; continuing them afterward requires an active DreamBot Basic or Pro subscription.
• We reserve the right to modify sparkle costs and rewards.

Behavior

• Be decent to other users.
• Don't harass, bully, or threaten anyone.
• In general, follow the golden rule: "do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

Content Moderation

DreamBot has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to create, post, or share content that is sexual or explicit, that sexualizes or depicts minors, or that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

AI image generation includes built-in safety filters, user-submitted text is screened by an automated word filter, and you can report or block other users from any post, comment, or profile. We review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours — removing the offending content and ejecting the user who posted it. We may remove any content or terminate any account that violates these terms. If you believe content was removed in error, please contact us.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data, including your dreams, posts, comments, likes, and profile.

Disclaimer

AI is equal parts brilliant and unpredictable. Most of the time it gets close to what you had in mind. Sometimes it adds an extra finger, turns a face a little uncanny, or invents something gloriously strange that nobody asked for. That weirdness is part of the fun, but it also means we can't promise every render comes out the way you pictured.

DreamBot is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, quality of AI generations, or that the app will work perfectly at all times. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We're not liable for content generated by or posted by users.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
